I’ve been working on my realism since i’ve mainly drawn cartoons my whole life, so I did aquick series of portraits I did while getting psyched up for the launch of Mr. Robot Season 3. My favorite character is Shayla from season one.
Does anyone even care what I write here? lol
I always love my content aware blips in photoshop so I played around with that to get the face pieces once I finished the main part of the portrait. I tried to choose an element close to each of the characters, but keep all of them matching. I am really happy with how they turned out and pretty psyched to put some art out there on one of my favorite series that’s on tv today.
I drew these on my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 in Adobe Photoshop CC using Kyle Brushes to get that realistic media texture.

Nail art – I love it, it’s like making tiny fun paintings you can enjoy all day. I’m terrible at painting my own, but I love painting for other people! This was an acrylic manicure that was getting a little old/rubbing off, instead of paying more at the salon I used some nail polish and… Read More
Working on some digital portraits for friends – these are all done in photoshop and based on actual photographs. For the line art I used the pen tool in photoshop and a pre-made watercolor background to add the accent.
Do these guys look familiar? If you grew up in the 80s they probably do, and if you had any, you may notice a few extra that were in the series, but never officially released! I didn’t have any of these when I was young, but as an adult collector I just loved their design… Read More

If you have zero time to wait on drying, barely any supplies and some costume jewelry you’d like to age – you might like to try this. My marriage wasn’t traditional, we tried to be very frugal so we could blow a ton of money on our honeymoon. Part of being frugal was looking for inexpensive jewelry… Read More
I’ve been customizing toys for years now, and my perfectionist self could not help but be slightly annoyed by the fact my customs weren’t as legitimate as the original toys. Acrylic paint marks, seams from the sculpture to the plastic of the toy, etc etc. A lot of the professional customizers actually mold and cast… Read More
